National Junior Squash team leaves for British Junior open

The Pakistan Junior Squash Team leaves for Birmingham, United Kingdom to participate in the British Junior Open. Pakistani players will participate in 4 categories in the event.

The U-19 team includes Haris Qasim, Hamza Sharif and Uzair Shaukat. The U-17 team includes Noor zaman Asadullah, Ishab Irfan, and Walid Khalil. The U-15 team includes Hamza Khan and Anas Ali Bukhari.

While the Under-13 team includes Sakhi Tareen and Abdullah Nawaz, Asif Khan is the team coach with Aftab Qureshi and Hussain Advani are team managers for the national junior side.

Junior players have vowed to play with passion and win for the country before the tour as their morale is high and will beat hosts in their own field.

It must be noted that the administration is also taking steps to promote squash in the country as 2019 has proved to be an important year for Pakistan.
