New Zealand were all out for 202 during the final session on the opening day of the first-ever day-night Test against Australia in Adelaide on Friday.

The Kiwis were bundled out off 65.2 overs with Mitchell Starc and Josh Hazlewood taking three wickets each.

Starc was Australia’s best bowler before he was forced from the ground with an ankle injury and went off for scans.
