DUBAI: Pakistan had a quiet start as they were 3/0 in two overs. However, Fakhar Zaman looked to up the scoring rate and struck two boundaries in the third over. But, Lahiru Gamage got the better off the left-hander and managed to get an outside edge from him. He scored 11 runs off 13 deliveries.

Two overs later, a struggling Ahmed Shehzad, looked to get a boundary but only managed to find the point fielder who took a comfortable catch after scoring 8 (17).

The third loss for Pakistan when Mohammad Hafeez gets out on the next ball after hitting a straight six off Gamage.

He scored only 8 runs off 11 deliveries.
