Shoaib Malik won the toss and elected to bowl first in the second T20I of the three-match series against South Africa due to rain forecast at Johannesburg.

According to Shoaib Malik, rain is the biggest factor in the second T20I of the series. “There’s rain forecast later, and our plan is to take wickets early,” said Pakistan captain.

Pakistan made one change, they dropped the fast bowling all-rounder Fahim Ashraf and called back the pace sensation Shaheen Shah Afridi in the playing XI.
