Karachi: Pakistan women’s cricket team player Kainat Imtiaz has been engaged to his first cousin Arshmand Ali on Friday.
The right arm-pacer kept the engagement ceremony simple Few close relatives of both Kainat and Arshmand attended the ceremony. Kainat thanked fans and fellow cricketers for their good wishes.
“Thanks to all who send their best wishes. Marriage will take place in two and a half years as my only focus is cricket right now,” Kainat said.

It must be noted here that Kaniat has played 11 ODIs and 12 T20Is since her debut in 2010 against South Africa. She has scored 51 runs with nine wickets to her name whereas in T20Is she has just scored 41 runs at an average of 8.20 and also has six wickets,
