Pakistan to host professional wrestling show in December


The Ring Of Pakistan (ROP) is all set to stage first ever professional wrestling show on December 7 and 9 in Karachi and Lahore respectively.

Renowned International wrestlers from around the world will take part in a two-day event which will amuse the wrestling enthusiasts of the country.

Tiny Iron of the UK, Chris Masters (USA), Craker (UK), Tom La Ruffa (France), Red Scorpion (Italy), Ho Ho Lun (China) and Yacine Osmani (Algeria) will be seen in action.

Two female wrestlers Mila Smidt of France and Canada’s KC Spinneli will also travel to Pakistan for participating in the event.

The organizer of the event, Peer Asim Ali Shah thinks that this tournament will help them give wrestling a strong identity in Pakistan.

Shah while talking to the Arynews said that wrestling is much popular in Pakistan but there is a need to stage some more events like this to flourish its status.

“Our objective behind organizing this event is to promote wrestling in Pakistan,” he said.
