Pakistan made a remarkable comeback, says Imran


ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s legendary cricketer Imran Khan has said that the green shirts have made a tremendous comeback in their World Cup match against India at Adelaide, ARY Sports reports.

Imran Khan, speaking with ARY News, said that Pakistan team has made a fantastic comeback in their World Cup match after excellent batting by India.

Imran Khan led Pakistan cricket team to their maiden World Cup title triumph back in 1992 but had lost the game to India during the campaign.

Pakistan is chasing a target of 301 runs against the neighboring country at Adelaide.

The former captain also said that pacer Mohammad Irfan should be utilized just as legend bowler Wasim Akram was used back in the days.

Akram played some vital knocks and bowled beautiful spells through out Pakistan’s ’92 victory.
