The Pakistan cricket team will leave for England on April 23 where they will play 11 matches before participating in the 46-day ICC World Cup starting from May 30.
In an 83-day long tour, the green shirts square off against England in five One-day Internationals and followed by one T20I at Cardiff.
Ahead of ICC World Cup, Pakistan will also play two official warm-up games against Afghanistan and Bangladesh, on 24th and 26th May.
Pakistan will take on West Indies in their World Cup opener on May 31 at Trent Bridge.
According to PCB’s spokesperson, the ICC directed all participating sides to submit their 15-player World Cup squads by 31 April but can make changes until 22 May without the ICC’s approval. All player replacements will have to be approved by the Event Technical Committee afterwards.
Moreover, the PCB is looking to send extra players in the squad for the mega cricketing event, however, Pakistan is yet to decide their squad for the mega event.
