Pakistani Shaheen dominates Singh, dedicates his win to Kashmiris

Uloomi Karim Shaeen, the Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter from Pakistan defeated India’s undefeated fighter, Yadwinder Singh in a World Series of Fighting Global Championship (WSOFGC) contest that took place in Manila, Philippines.

Shaheen, who is currently one of the top MMA fighters of the country, defeated Singh in a three-round bout by a unanimous 30-27, 30-27, 29-28 win.

The 25-year old, who represents Pakistan and Fight Fortress, is currently the Bantam Weight Champion of the UnderGround Battle (UGB).

After winning the fight, Uloomi Karim Shaheen dedicated his fight to the martyrs and people of Kashmir, he wrote on his Facebook page, ” I would like to dedicate this fight to the martyrs and the brother & sisters in Kashmir striving and struggling in hardship.”

He thanked his coaches and his fans for the unconditional love and support, he said he will fight for his country till the last drop of his blood, “Thank you all. It’s all because of first our parents and then you guys’ prayers that this was possible. I am thankful to each and every one of you people for the unlimited and unconditional love and support. I will keep fighting for the country till the last drop of blood in my body and try to make you all proud!”

On the other hand, Ahmed ‘Wolverine’ Mujtaba also won his fight in just one minute and eight seconds against the Filipino, Neil Larano by submission. He is yet to be beaten in WSOFGC, he is also the featherweight champion of the UnderGround Battle title.
