ISLAMABAD: Four teenagers will represent Pakistan in the World Online Rope Skipping Championship 2021 hosted by the United States of America (USA).
Pakistan Rope Skipping Federation’s president, Maqbool Arain confirmed that Hussain Nadir (12 years), Mustafa ur Rehman (12 years), Muneeba Akther (13 years), and Alina Tariq (12 years) will take part in the male and female category simultaneously.
“These players have been selected through online trials. As many as 50 candidates sent their videos to us and we selected four purely on merit,” the president said in a released statement.
The results of the championship will be announced on August 15. The position holders of the Championship will qualify for International Rope Skipping Championship 2022 which will be played in the USA.
