London: Pakistan team looks confident considering their track record at The Oval which is the venue for the fourth Test match.

The spin-favorable conditions can encourage them to add two slow bowlers. Yasir Shah again gets an opportunity to prove his mettle at the end of series. On the other end England is also thinking of inducting two spinners in the team.

According to details London’s Oval ground to a certain extent has remained lucky for Pakistan. The team has collectively played 9 Tests at this venue up till now, winning 4, losing 3 and 2 ending in a draw. Now both the teams will be facing each other in the fourth and final Test on Thursday. Pakistan at present is at a loss of 2-1 and desperately needs to win this match to level the series. The wicket favoring spinners might tempt Pakistan to launch two spinners and Yasir stands a great chance to show his performance at the end of series.

Earlier also he had proved his worth at the Oval in London, but his performance remained unsatisfactory during the Trafford and Edgbaston Tests and now Iftikhar Ahmad could be brought in for his support who being a batsman is also a spin bowler.

The chances of bringing in two spinners Moin Ali and Adil Rashid by the English side can’t be ruled out. The last time they brought in two slow bowlers in any home Test was also at Oval while playing Test against Australia in 2013.

Adil Rashid who was earlier dropped from the team-XI for the third test against Pakistan played for Yorkshire against Warwickshire in the County Championship and took 7 for 61. England’s coach Trevor Bayliss when asked whether he desired to fit Adil Rashid in his team for the fourth test after such a wonderful performance, he said “Yes indeed, but we’ll consider all other factors before taking any decision.”
