Pakistan’s discarded opening batsman Ahmed Shehzad has found a place in the player’s draft of the fourth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Shehzad who is facing a four-month ban after failing a dope test found his spot in the gold category of the player’s draft.
The 26-years-old in last year’s PSL represented debutant Multan Sultans and can be released by the franchise which will play the second edition of the only cricketing league of Pakistan.
Shehzad has represented Pakistan in 13 Tests, 81 One-Day Internationals (ODI) and 57 T20Is.
It is pertinent to mention here that the PSL 4 will take place from February 14 in the UAE with the last eight matches to be played in Pakistan.
