LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is likely to announce Pakistan’s squad for the series against Bangladesh on Friday (today) citing sources, ARYSports.tv reports.
According to sources, PCB has shortlisted the players for the tour to Bangladesh.
Ace spinner Saeed Ajmal is all set to make his return to international cricket after International Cricket Council (ICC) had banned him for bowling over an illegal action.
Sources further said that the cricketing board is considering youngsters for the tour. It is being said that Babar Azam and Sami Aslam are also being given a chance to showcase their talents on the international level.
It is said that Umar Akmal and Younis Khan are not included in the 15 man squad against Bangladesh.
PCB is also considering to exclude players with disciplinary issues, sources said.
The green shirts will play three ODIs, two test matches and one T20 in the second week of April. The training camp will kick off on 7th April here in Lahore.
