PCB asks Mohsin to stop giving out controversial statements

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has reportedly asked Mohsin Khan to avoid giving out controversial statements.

According to a PCB source, the chairman of a newly formed cricket committee is creating difficulties for the cricket body.

The board is also looking for a possible replacement of Mohsin Khan if he continues making troubles for the board: sources added.

Earlier this month, Mohsin voiced his views about Sarfraz in an interview with a local news channel, he suggested that Sarfraz should be relieved of the Test captaincy.

“It will take such a physical load on him, T20s, ODIs and then Tests; if he is captain he will not get any mental relaxation.”

“Sarfraz’s body language was so down. I felt sorry for him that he’s had so much pressure put on him, with T20s, ODIs and Tests. There’s no doubt he is so talented and it’s not as if he is 35-36.”

While chairman PCB Ehsan Mani has assured PCB’s complete backing for their captain across all three formats of the game and told that there is no chance of replacing him at the moment.

Mohsin’s comments regarding Sarfraz created denunciation among the cricket fans, especially at a time when the boys in green are bagging back-to-back victories.
