PCB coaches provide training plans to central, provincial contract players


Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) coaches have provided training plans to the provincial and central contracted players due to coronavirus outbreak.

According to sources, players have been sent a three-week plan. The players have been directed to pay special attention to physical training.

The players are instructed to run and stretch in physical training and they are instructed to reduce gym training for three weeks.

Furthermore, contracted players have also been given a plan for practice and coaches have recommended doing physical training and exercise on individual bases.

The players will be given a future plan, viewing the situation after three weeks. Coaches have also instructed to stay in contact with them during this time period.

It must be noted here that Coronavirus has effected the entire world at this moment. The majority of the countries have locked down their cities to restrict the spread of this virus. Almost all sports activities around the world have been postponed for an indefinite period of time. In Pakistan, PSL 5 knockout stage and Pakistan Cup have been postponed.
