Pakistan Cricket Board has provisionally suspended left-handed opener Nasir Jamshed from all forms of the game for his alleged involvement in the ongoing match fixing saga.
Najam Sethi communicated Jamshed’s suspension via a tweet.

Nasir Jamshed is not a part of any of the five franchises of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2017 as no one picked him during the draft.
However, his name is featuring news these days as the cricketer who asked Sharjeel Khan and Khalif Latif to meet one of his fans and have lunch with him, who was allegedly a bookie.
Islamabad United’s batting duo of Sharjeel Khan and Khalid Latif were suspended from PSL 2017 for alleged match fixing allegations.
Other than that, reigner champions’ tall left-arm pacer, Mohammad Irfan is under investigation and the board can issue him a show cause notice in the next couple of days.
Karachi Kings’ Shahzaib Hasan and Lahore Qalandars’ Zulfiqar Babar were also investigated but they got the clean chits.
