Piece of advice from new physiotherapist for Ramadan


A few days back Pakistan Cricket Board hired the services of experienced physiotherapist Shane Hayes after consulting the newly appointed head coach Mickey Arthur. Hayes has worked for the Olympic committees of South Korea and China and he replaced Bradley Robinson of Zimbabwe who quit earlier in January.

As Muslims observe the holy month or Ramadan Shane Hayes took tot Twitter to provide some tips for the players in order to get through the month in an effective fashion without disturbing their physique.

Shane Hayes worked with the Pakistan cricket in the skills camp at Gaddafi stadium Lahore and gave important tips to the players in order to improve their level of fitness for the challenging tour of England in July.
