Former Australian wicket keeper batsman Bard Haddin has signed up with Pakistan’s premier T20 league.
Haddin who is an expert T20 player and with a strike rate close to 120. He has the experience of playing in most of the T20 leagues going around. Haddin who made a late entry into the Australian side due to an excellent track record of Adam Gilchrist will be an exciting prospect for Pakistan Super League.
The official twitter handle of Pakistan Super League and Cricket Australia confirmed this a short while ago.
Haddin is the second player to be included in the PSL draft after the veteran player Brad Hodge. As far as the rest of the Australian players are concerned, it looks quite difficult for many of those to feature in the league as the Chappell-Hadlee series and two test match series with New Zealand clash with the dates of the inaugural season of PSL. Having said this players who are not selected for the test series might still be available to play in PSL.
Many top notch T20 players are already participating in the league and with time it is expected that more players will come on board and the stature of the league will reach new heights.
