We have had three weeks of intense, thrilling T20 cricket matches. The Pakistan Super League 2016 has been a huge success, even greater than many had expected. It has showcased the world’s cricketing talent and highlighted Pakistan’s stars and new comers.

In the final Islamabad United beat Quetta Gladiators by 6 wickets to take the title.

However the true winner is Pakistan cricket and the Pakistan Super League. It has been a much needed injection of positivity, a step towards bringing International cricket back to Pakistan.
