The Pakistan Cricket Board (PSL) has taken a great initiative by announcing to observe Childhood Cancer Awareness and Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer Awareness Days during the Pakistan Super League (PSL) which is all set to start from February 14 in the UAE.
The Childhood Cancer Awareness Day will be observed on 15 February when Multan Sultans takes on Karachi Kings while Peshawar Zalmi meets Quetta Gladiators in the second contest.
All players will be wearing a golden ribbon along with commentators while various match related equipment including the stumps will be themed as per the Childhood Cancer Awareness theme.
The Breast Cancer Day would be celebrated on 10 March during the scheduled matches of the PSL in Karachi and Lahore. The team players and commentators will wear pink ribbon during the matches.
