Rawalpindi: The 13th match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 5 between Peshawar Zalmi and Islamabad United has been called off due to heavy rain.
According to the details, it has been raining in Rawalpindi since last night. Weather reports reveal that bad weather will interrupt a few more PSL matches in the city.
After the match being called off, both teams have shared a point each. Multan Sultans retained top spot on the points table after a convincing win over second-placed Quetta Gladiators.
Islamabad United and Peshawar Zalmi are placed third and fourth respectively with five points each. Karachi Kings are placed fifth with two points while Lahore Qalandars, with no win so far, settle for the last position.
