The captain of Lahore Qalandars Fakhar Zaman is confident that his team will perform strongly and play positive cricket to amuse cricket fans at National Stadium Karachi (NSK).
While briefing to the media at NSK on Friday, Fakhar said that they have chances to make a comeback and the players are motivated to achieve something worthy for them.
“We are ready to play in front our home crowd and looking forward to turn things around for us,” he said.
To a query about their batting order, Fakhar said that it is hard to make changes when playing a league as there must be four foreign players.
“Replacing a player when you are playing league is difficult as only foreigner can replace a foreigner and same with the local players,” he said.
The left-handed opening batsman said that the competition is tough in PSL as all teams have strong line-ups. “Our league is competitive that’s why it is hard to get all the things according to your desire,” said Fakhar who thinks that the better team on the ground will lift the trophy.
It is pertinent to mention here that Karachi Kings, Lahore Qalandars, Islamabad United and Quetta Gladiators have reached Karachi to play PSL’s Pakistan leg starting from March 9 with a clash between Lahore Qalandars and Islamabad United.
