Karachi: Cricketer-turned-commentator Ramiz Raja has found ‘painting’ a new way to kill boredom while being in quarantine at home.
The former cricketer pitched a new idea to his fans to get rid of free time through his Youtube channel which has over Million followers. “Pick a brush and start painting things, to be honest, I have found this very attractive,” he asked his fans.
Raja painted a box which was 50-years-old and he tried to give it a new look. Meanwhile, he also shared his experience of being at home for the past two weeks which was quite hectic but he did it for the betterment of everyone.
“It is compulsory for everyone to stay at home. People are taking it lightly which is totally wrong. It is a serious matter and we as a nation should behave sensibly to fight with it,” he said.
“It is spreading rapidly. the positive cases have doubled within the last week which is alarming. I would like to request you to stay at home and ask people around you to adopt the same,” he added.
It must be noted here that it is been a while since no competitive cricket has played around. Sportsmen around the world have put themselves in quarantine and waiting for the situation to get settled down. All major sports events across the world have postponed due to coronavirus.
