Rashid breaks another Indian record, claims 64th Guinness World Record

Karachi: Rashid Naseem has added another record to his feather, defeating India’s Narine in ‘Most martial arts kicks in three minutes whilst wearing 5 kg ankle weight’.

Guinness World Record’s official website confirmed that Rashid kicked 159 times in three minutes whilst wearing 5 kg ankle weights (using alternate legs) to break the previous record of 138 kicks.

Speaking to ARY Sports after breaking yet another record, Rashid said it was tough to contest for this record amid COVID-19. “It was tough for me to prepare for this record. But, my target is to break hundred records and I want to achieve it as soon as possible. For that, I am supposed to work harder,” he said.

It must be noted here that two of Rashid’s world records were included in Guinness World Records of 2020. Last year, the 32-years-old Martial artists broke 20 world records.
