Indian Tennis star Sania Mirza advises youngsters to stay away from” Fast Food”.
” If you want to be a good player, avoid eating spicy and fast food”, said Sania Mirza during an opening ceremony of a sports goods manufacturing outlet.
“I myself avoid fast food and don’t eat chocolates either. In order to have a healthy lifestyle one has to sacrifice all delicious things.” added Sania.
Speaking about her fitness she said that she used to practice 6 hours a day but now with the growing age and the joint pains she was unable to do so. I still make sure to practice 4 hours daily during the off season.
At this occasion Indian Test captain Virat Kohli also declared fast foods to be harmful for the players and said people should realize how many sacrifices the players make in order to keep themselves fit.
