‘Sarfraz should apologise publicly’ says Shoaib Akhtar


Sarfraz Ahmed after passing racist comments to Andile Phehlukwayo during the second ODI is facing immense criticism among cricket fraternity.

Pakistan’s former pacer and Rawalpindi Express Shoaib Akhtar in a video asked Sarfraz Ahmed to apologize publicly to not give this matter further hype.

“I know it was the heat of the moment but wrong is wrong and Sarfraz should apologize for such comments,” he said.

Akhtar said that being a Pakistani captain Sarfraz has passed immoral comments and prior to that talking about someone’s color is unethical.

“Sarfraz is a role model for other players and it is embarrassing for all of us,” he said.ents.

It merits mentioning here that Sarfraz has violated ICC’s players’ code of conduct. For passing such comments Sarfraz can face five matches ban.
