Sethi travels to England to meet Prime Minister

Najam Sethi, the Chairman Executive Committee has flown to England to meet Pakistan’s prime minister and the Patron-in-chief, Nawaz Sharif as the struggle for power between him and Shahryar Khan gets intense.

The heads of six departments refused to accept Sethi as their boss and they voted in favor of Shahryar Khan. Heads of domestic, academies, vigilance security, media department and the governing board are the ones that are standing with Khan.

Department of international cricket and marketing showed their support for Najam Sethi. As per reports, Najam Sethi was not consulted while appointing

Mickey Arthur as the new head coach of the national team and Mudassar Nazar as the director academies.

The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif has already given the nod to Shahryar Khan to continue working as the Chairman PCB till the next year.

On the other hand, sources from PCB revealed that Najam Sethi is likely to be restricted to just Pakistan Super League.
