Shahid Afridi clarifies on retirement

Pakistan’s T20 captain Shahid Afridi has said that he has not taken any decision regarding his retirement and his focus is entirely on the Asia Cup which is currently in progress.

Shahid Afridi said on his social media account (Twitter) that his career decisions are made solely by him and the decision he makes will be in the interest of the nation and the people.

Earlier Shahid Afridi had said in a statement that he has not taken the final decision on his retirement and he is under considerate amount of pressure from his friends and family regarding his retirement.
