Shahid Afridi’s biography ‘Game Changer’ to release on April 30


A biography based on the life and cricketing career of Pakistan’s flamboyant all-rounder Shahid Khan Afridi is all set to release in Pakistan on April 30, the cricketer himself announced on Twitter.

Pakistan’s renowned multimedia journalist and a close friend of Afridi wrote the biography which describes the thick and thins of the cricketing career of one of the heartthrobs of Pakistani cricket arena.

“My biography, Game Changer, penned by critic & friend Wajahat Saeed Khan releases on 25th April in India & 30th in Pakistan,” former cricketer tweeted about his biography which took two years for completion.

“Tried my best to be honest about my run in the greatest game ever,” he added.

The fans now can’t wait to read the biography of their favorite cricket star who retired from all forms of the game in 2016 immediately after the T20 World Cup.

The supporters of Afridi replied on his tweet which showed the excitement of his biography.

One fan wrote that he is surely going to buy his favorite cricketer’s biography and it will be the first book he will buy other than school books.

One of Lala’s fans from Bangladesh asked whether the book is releasing in Bangladesh or not.

Another fan asked Afridi about mentioning his retirement.

It is pertinent to mention here that Afridi had played 27 Tests, 398 ODIs and 99 T20Is for Pakistan. He smashed the fastest 37-ball century for Pakistan.
