Zimbabwean all-rounder, Sikandar Raza is looking forward to playing the Pakistan Super League (PSL) after being picked by the most followed franchise of the league Karachi Kings.
Raza, in a video message, thanked Karachi Kings for giving him a place in their squad which will provide him with a chance to participate in one of the most competitive leagues of the world.
“Just overwhelmed, humbled and delighted to be picked up by Karachi Kings in the players’ draft,” he said.

Raza added that he is desperate to join an experienced batch of Karachi KIngs and hoping to perform well in Pakistan’s only cricket league.
“I cannot wait to join the squad and to perform well in front of Karachi’s fans,” said Raza who will play his first PSL season.
The owner of Karachi Kings, Mr Salman Iqbal praised Raza as an all-arounder saying that his presence will add balance to their side in the upcoming season of the PSL.
“He is a great all-rounder, he is a great player, he is a good off-spinner, a good fielder and a good batsman,” he said.
The 32-year-old has so far played 83 T20s scoring 1,791 runs at an average of 25.22 with a strike rate of 128.84. He has also taken 28 wickets in as many T20s at an average of 36.32.
It is pertinent to mention here that the fourth edition of the PSL is scheduled from February 14 to March 17. Pakistan will host eight matches of the league including quarter-finals, semi-finals and final.
