Six hundred Zimbabwe match tickets stolen from PCB’s possession

LAHORE: Approximately 600 tickets costing Rs. 1500 each were stolen on Friday from the headquarters of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), ARY News reports.

Tickets for Zimababwe’s historic tour of Pakistan went up for sale on May 17.

The case of the tickets theft has been filed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) whereas a person was arrested over selling tickets in black.

International cricket will return to Pakistan on Friday evening. after a six years hiatus as Zimbabwe will take on Pakistan in the first T20 match of the two game series.

Pakistan has not yet hosted an international game after the attack on Sri Lankan team at Lahore back in 2009.
