‘Still scoring runs for fun’ Shamsi praises Rizwan on his sublime form

Karachi: South Africa’s leg-spinner Tabraiz Shamsi was in awe of Pakistan’s wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan on his sublime form in T20I cricket.

No.1 ranked T20I bowler Shamsi humorously asked Rizwan to give someone else a chance as others have to play their part and ‘make a living’

Remember, Mohammad Rizwan was awarded player of the match for his lone batting effort in the first T20I against Zimbabwe. He scored unbeaten 82 off 61 balls to guide Pakistan to a competitive total of 149/7. Green Shirts restricted Zimbabwe to 138/7.

In his last 9 T20Is, Mohammad Rizwan has scored 515 runs at an avg of 103 & an SR of 145. He also attained career-best 15th rank in this format
