The super heavyweight fighter Tayyab Raza on Saturday won Pakistan’s fourth bronze medal in men’s freestyle wrestling at Commonwealth Games 2018.
The national wrestler defeated Nigeria’s Sinivie Bolton and Claude Keuamen MBianga of Cameroon in 125 kg category to claim the bronze medal.
Tayyab Raza has played four fights in the 125 kg as the event of this class was played an on single league basis with the top three to claim medals.
Earlier Mohammad Bilal defeated England’s George Ramm to claim the bronze medal in the 57kg weight category.
Pakistan have won four bronze medals so far in Commonwealth Games, whereas Australia is ruling the charts with 179 medals altogether.
