Karachi: The search for stars of the future continued as the talent hunt program of Karachi Kings ‘Khiladi Ki Khoj’ continued on day 3 with loads of talented youngsters turning up for trials.
The first two days of the trials were a massive success due to an overwhelming response from people of Karachi and also from other parts of the country. The third day also saw many exciting young cricketers showcasing their talent in front of the selectors in a bid to get a chance to be a part of Karachi Kings.
Today the selectors kept a close eye on the fitness levels of young participants in order to ensure that they were fit enough to proceed in the selection process. Former fast bowler Jalal-ud-Din was closely monitoring the fitness and stamina of the youngsters and made the players go the extra yard on the field while conducting their trials.
The ‘Khiladi Ki Khoj’ talent hunt trials have been quite successful so far with many exciting young players coming forward. The trials has discovered many bowlers who have the ability to bowl with both hands and caught the eye of the selectors.
The shortlisted players from the trials will get a chance to be a part of the emerging players category of the Pakistan Super League draft for the second edition of Pakistan’s premier T20 league.
