Pakistan middle-order Umar Akmal forgot the last Test he played for Pakistan against Zimbabwe in 2011 and also argued with the journalist at the press conference in Karachi.
The journalist asked Umar that he played the match against Zimbabwe eight years ago on which Umar continuously kept his word and said that he last played against West Indies.
“I played the last Test match against West Indies, not Zimbabwe,” Umar said.
Umar, who has represented Pakistan in 16 Test apologized to the journalist after the press conference when he was told about the record.
He is currently playing for Central Punjab against Northern where he scored a double-century (218) in the first innings of the Quaid-e-Azam trophy final.
