Pakistan’s rising boxer Usman Wazir will be contesting his third World Ranking fight on November 22 in Dubai.
The British-born Pakistani boxer Amir Khan, who is the biggest support of Usman, announced that he will be fighting his third world ranking fight. The opponent’s name will be disclosed soon but probably he will be either from India, Philippines or Europe.
Amir praised the young boxer’s technique and skills and is confident that he will clinch his upcoming fight. “I am confident that Usman will compete strongly in his third world ranking fight. He is potent and contains all skills to compete strongly at international level,” he said.
Amir revealed that Usman is under training at Amir Khan Boxing Academy in Islamabad. “He is training hard in Islamabad and I hope he will be 100 percent before the event,” he concluded.
It must be noted here that Usman won his first world ranking fights earlier. He fought his first fight on the card of former unified light-welterweight world champion, Amir Khan.
