‘Very needed’ Javeria lauds PCB for newly-introduced parental policy

KARACHI: Woman cricketer Javeria Khan applauded Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB)’s newly-introduced parental policy for male and female players.

Taking to Twitter, Khan said this parental policy was needed for female cricketers as it will extend players’ careers.

“Delighted to read the key features of the very needed parental policy. This will certainly help women cricketers extend their cricketing careers. Well done PCB,” she wrote.

Women and men players have been granted various rights that they are respectively entitled to avail during the pregnancy and upon the birth of their child under the newly introduced policy.
