David Warner and Marnus Labuschagne partnered strongly to rattle Pakistan on the opening day of a Day/Night Test at Adelaide.
After 129-run partnership in the first inning of the opening Test at Brisbane, Warner and Labuschagne came up with yet another classic contribution together as they took Australia to a composing 302-1 at stumps on Day 1.
Warner 166 not out, with Labuschagne (126*) put 294 runs on the scoreboard. Warner struck 19 boundaries while Labuschagne smashed 17 fours.
Earlier, Pakistan got an early breakthrough when Shaheen Shah Afridi dismissed Joe Burns for four runs. Thereafter, the visitors faced an immense challenge from Warner and Labuschagne.
