Wasim Akram shares tips with pacers via teleconference


Karachi: Former flamboyant pacer Wasim Akram shared quality experience with current pacers amid the nationwide lockdown situation due to COVID-19. 

Akram did quality discussion with his juniors via teleconference which was attended by the national team’s head coach-cum-chief select Misbah-ul-Haq and bowling coach Waqar Younis.

Mohammad Amir, Hasan Ali, Wahab Riaz, Haris Rauf, Amad Butt, Imran Khan Sr, Usman Shinwari, Mohammad Husnain, Faheem Ashraf, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Naseem Shah, and Mohammad Abbas were in attendance during the session.

Akram talked to players individually and guided them on their queries. Pacers asked questions related to the game from one of the finest pacers Pakistan has ever produced.

Earlier, Javed Miandad held an online video session with Pakistani batsmen. The legendary batsman shared useful tips with the batters and guided them on how to remain in touch when there is no competitive cricket around.
