West-Indian player becomes fan of Pakistani dish ‘Paya’

Pakistani dishes have once again made a special place in West Indian players’ heart as they enjoyed eating one of the famous dishes of Pakistan ‘Paya’ (Cow Trotter Curry) and loved it.

The right-handed West Indian batsman Andre Fletcher has made the most of a rest day in the ongoing fourth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) having a plate of ‘Paya’ in lunch.

Fletcher, who is representing Peshawar Zalmi in the ongoing edition of the league, in a picture is seen eating ‘Paya’ with his teammates.

Earlier, former West Indian skipper Darren Sammy called ‘Karachi’ a hub for best Biryani in the world during his visit to the city of lights to play last year’s PSL final at National Stadium.

The double T20 World Cup winning West Indian captain thanked the people of Karachi for the wonderful hospitality and providing them an opportunity to experience tasty dishes of Pakistan.

“Buhat Maza Aya Karachi ki Biryani Kha Kar,” Sammy said this in a video message.

It is pertinent to mention here that the fourth edition of the PSL will amuse the cricket fans in Karachi as Karachi Kings is all set to take on Peshawar Zalmi on March 7 at National Stadium Karachi. Eight matches will take place in Lahore and Karachi respectively.

The National Stadium of Karachi is all set to host yet another exciting grand finale of the league on March 17.
