‘What a batting lesson’ Herschelle Gibbs lauds Babar’s knock

Karachi: Karachi Kings head coach Herschelle Gibbs was in awe of Pakistan’s skipper Babar Azam after he smashed his first T20I century against South Africa yesterday.

Former Proteas batsman Gibbs watched highlights of Babar’s innings and termed it as ‘a batting lesson’ which included every aspect of the batting even in the shortest format of the game.

It must be noted Babar led Pakistan to win in the third T20I courtesy of his brilliant 122 off 59 balls. He strokes fifteen fours and four sixes.

Pakistan are currently 2-1 up in the four-match T20I series with final match all set to be played at SuperSport Park, Centurion tomorrow.
