An amount of $10 million has been dedicated for the cash rewards during the upcoming World Cup which is to be played in England and Wales from May 30 to July 14.
The winner of World Cup 2019 will get the highest cash reward till date, which is $4 million, while the runner ups will get $2 million.
On the other hand, the teams losing teams of the semi-finals will purse a hefty amount of $800,000.
There are prizes for each league match won, in what promises to be a competitive tournament with the world’s best playing each other in a round-robin format.
Australia will defend their title against the nine other competing teams.
