Pakistan’s bowling coach Waqar Younis is impressed with the energy of young pacers bowlers during the weekend camp for bowlers at the Gaddafi Stadium Lahore, ARY News reported.
Young speed sensation Mohammad Musa is expected to get his place in the national squad for Australia tour. The 19-years-old pacer has impressed one of the greatest bowlers of his era.
Along with Musa, Naseem Shah and Sameen Gul have also pulled the attraction of Waqar through their pace and variations.
Spinners, who performed well in ongoing National T20 Cup and Quaid-e-Azam Trophy, are also under the assistance of Waqar and head coach Misbah-ul-Haq.
On the other hand, Rahat Ali and Imran Khan Senior are also expected to make it to the Test squad for two matches series against the Aussies.
Fast bowler Mohammad Husnain has been declared fit by the team management while Shaheen Shah Afridi will be under strict supervision before deciding his future.
According to the sources, Waqar and Misbah are looking forward to take seven to eight fast bowlers to Australia considering the friendly conditions for pacer there.
It is pertinent to mention here that national squad for T20Is and Tests against Australia will be announced on Monday in Lahore.
