Yuvraj Singh thinks his flow is back

Yuvraj Singh showed signs of brilliance in his 18 ball 35 runs knock against Sri Lanka. He struck 3 fours and as many sixes during his stay at the wicket. Although Yuvraj has been struggling to regain form but yesterday it seemed as if he was in a different league altogether.

While talking to bcci.tv the left handed batsman said that he felt he was in flow and his game was back. He stresses on the importance of spending time at the wicket as it helps in regaining old form and flare.

Yuvraj said that he carefully assessed that Lankan bowling lineup before the assault because he wanted to pick the bowlers which should be attacked. He added that that left handed batsman with the ability to hit sixes do tend to target left arm spinners because it is much easier to smack them over the leg side and this is precisely the reason why he targeted Rangana Hearth.

Yuvraj hoped that he can perform consistently in the middle order for India and hopefully start winning games for his side as he considers it his responsibility to go out there and change the game for the team.

India play their final group stage game against UAE on 3rd of March followed by the final on 6th of March.
