Zimbabwe-bound national Test specialists reach Harare


HARARE: Zimbabwe-bound Pakistan’s Test specialists have reached here on Wednesday via a chartered plane from Dubai, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) informed. 

According to the details, Test specialists including Azhar Ali, Fawad Alam, Abid Ali, Imran Butt, Saud Shakeel, Salman Ali Agha, Shahnawaz Dhani, Nauman Ali, Tabish Khan, Sajid Khan, and Zahid Mahmood underwent COVID-19 testing upon their arrival here.

On returning negative, the players will be allowed to take part in a scheduled training session on April 23.

Currently, Pakistan is playing the three-matches T20I series against Zimbabwe. The green shirts won first match today by 11 runs. The two-matches Test series will start on April 29 at Harare Sports Club.
