LAHORE: Zimbabwe-bound Pakistani Test squad has joined bio-secure bubble here on Friday ahead of their training camp.
11 Test specialists including Azhar Ali, Fawad Alam, Abid Ali, Imran Butt, Saud Shakeel, Salman Ali Agha, Shahnawaz Dhani, Nauman Ali, Tabish Khan, Sajid Khan, and Zahid Mahmood have gathered in Lahore for a training camp ahead of their departure for Zimbabwe.
Meanwhile, six additional players Naseem Shah, Rohail Nazir, Taj Wali, Irfanullah Shah, Waqas Maqsood, Sameen Gul have also joined the Test squad.
The players will go under second COVID-19 testing upon their arrival here at a local hotel. After returning negative, players will be allowed to join the training camp.
It must be noted here that Pakistan is scheduled to play two Tests Test against Zimbabwe. They will depart for the tour on April 21.
