Zimbabwe’s delegation reach Lahore to review bio-secure arrangements


Lahore: A 5-member delegation from Zimbabwe has reached Lahore to review bio-secure arrangements prior to their team’s arrival in Pakistan to play three ODIs and as many T20Is. 

Upon arrival in Lahore, the five-member delegation underwent COVID-19 testing. The Zimbabwean delegation will stay at the hotel until the test report is received.

They will inspect the bio-secure bubble at the hotel and will further review arrangements at the stadium.

The delegation will also hold meetings with security and medical officials. They will visit Gaddafi Stadium tomorrow and will visit Rawalpindi after reviewing the arrangements in Lahore.

It must be noted that the delegation is on the expenses of Zimbabwe Cricket (ZC). The members of the medical team are also part of the delegation. They will go back to Zimbabwe on October 15.

Zimbabwe is scheduled to play three ODIs on October 30, November 1, and 3 whereas three T20Is on November 7, 8 and 10 respectively.
